we have been using a duolink (proxima) handheld projector for three years now. it is a really reliable and durable device. the product features a nice sound system and has a nice design. we have replaced it with a hue lumen recently, due to the fact that it was easier to use for the students. it is very simple to setup and use. with the lumen, it is very easy to personalise the device and the web interface. it has a series of very useful options, such as being able to add new cameras, a button to record a new video, an option to create a shortcut on your desktop, a button to export the video to youtube, a button to add a title or make a comment. the video can also be annotated with a touch screen and the support is good for the forum at hue live. with the lumen, it is much more user friendly than the duolink. it also has a higher resolution.
with my hue camera, i can print out pages of 2d artwork and they can sit in their chairs and see the project on the camera. they can even type their answers and i can use the camera to show them the answers on the display!
the logitune desktop app makes it easy for me to easily switch between my work project and my hd document camera. it simplifies personal device control and customization on select models, including brio. the mini app works unobtrusively on your screen for uninterrupted video collaboration, providing zoom in/out, color presets, color adjustments, set manual focus, and enables easy download of firmware updates.
my hue document camera is my favorite tool. i use it for teaching, showing them my workbook creations, and for presentations. i use it for video conferencing, sharing my favorite films, and to show them the way its done. what more can i say. 3d9ccd7d82
